No, unless specified, all rates are labour only. We offer a few services that are inclusive of specified parts. The customer should provide the part to ensure correct measurements/specification etc.

To measure the area of a room or space, measure the width and length and multiply the two values. eg. 3.2m wide room, 2.5m deep is 8 metres square.

You can reschedule your service appointment by contacting us. We require 48 hours notice to cancel an existing appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given we will offer one courtesy reschedule free of charge. After that you will be charged the full rate of the service to reschedule.

We will always conduct a full inspection of the works carried out for all customers who are not satisfied with the service provided. If the work is not of the highest standard possible we ensure the work will be rectified.

Our tradesman will advise you to visit our website and book an extra slot for him to finish the work

We may need to adjust the start time of your appointment if there is not enough time to complete all the required tasks, or if we need time to source parts or materials. We will always contact you in advance if this is the case.
